PIC selects ePLDT Ventus for customer service engagement

Arlington Heights, ILLINOIS --- ePLDT Ventus announced that it has signed a contract to provide Programmers Investment Corporation (PIC) with an array of outsourced voice services, including customer care, product up-selling, order processing, and day-to-day product inquiries. ePLDT Ventus will support one of PIC’s major business divisions: Holsted Jewelers under the Sears and Fingerhut accounts.
