The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Region 4, in preparing for its 1st ICT Calabarzon Conference on June 29 to 30, has partnered with MediaG8way Corporation, publisher of Computerworld Philippines. The Philippine Computer Society (PCS) and Media G8way Corp.(MGC) have agreed to jointly boost the promotion of the 11th ICT Professionals’ Congress. Present during the contract signing are: (from left) MGC events and promotions officer Rowena R. Roxas, PCS vice president and director-in-charge Carlos “Titus” C. Manuel, PCS president Bing Primicias van Tooren, MGC president Delia C. Gutierrez, PCS director-in-charge Eleonor S. Sison, and 11th ICT Professionals’ Congress overall chairman Reuel K. Virtucio.
The search is on for The Philippine Cyberservice Pioneers. The Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) and Computerworld Philippines have signed an agreement to jointly organize a nationwide search for pioneering e-services companies in the contact center, animation, medical transcription, software development, business process outsourcing, and engineering and design sectors.
COMDDAP, CCI, MGC collaborate to push ICT in Cebu. The Computer Manufacturers, Distributors and Dealers Association of the Philippines (COMDDAP), the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), and Media G8way Corp. (MGC agreed to co-promote CCCI’s Cebu Business Month (CBM), the COMDDAP Cebu Expo, and MGC’s LinuxWorld and Computerworld Executive Briefings in Cebu this June.
